SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 16, 2016, Northfield Police Department responded to a report of a lewd and lascivious incident involving a girl under the age of 10-years-old at a residence on Western Avenue, Northfield. The case was referred to the Washington County Special Investigation Unit who worked in conjunction with the  Northfield Police Department and the Department of Children and Families.

 

As a result of the investigation Bean was flash cited to appear in court on October 13, 2016 to answer to the charge of Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with Child (felony), a violation of Title 13 VSA 2602. Bean was arraigned and released on conditions.
