VIOLATION:        Leaving the Scene of a Crash


SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On October 14, 2016 at approximately 12:45AM Vermont State Police were advised
of a truck that was blocking part of Interstate 91 north in the Town of Norwich
near mile marker 75. Additionally the caller advised that there was no one with
the vehicle.

Trooper arrived and observed a 2011 blue Dodge Ram 1500 Outdoorsman with damage
to the front and drivers side at a point of rest blocking the entire left lane
of traffic. There was no one in the vehicle and

Vermont State Police are looking to speak with the operator of the vehicle.
