SUMMARY OF CRASH: Carl Ball was driving under the railroad bridge on RT. 123 near the

RT. 5/RT. 123 intersection at which time another vehicle from the other side was

already in the process of driving through. Ball proceeded to back his truck up,

not able to see the vehicle behind him and crashed into Mary Shepard's vehicle. The

crash resulted in minimal damage, no injuries, and both vehicles were operable.

 

No action was taken.
