SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 10-29-16 at 0349 hours, James Donlyuk, 65, of Nashua NH was traveling west

bound on RT 9 in Marlboro at Mcarthur Rd. when he came upon an area of melted

snow that had turned to ice. Donlyuk lost control and struck the guard rail and

then a tree. There was no injuries at this crash. Donlyuk was wearing his seat

belt and his air bag activated.

 

BPT: 000% BAC

Vermont Civil Violation Complaint: No ticket issued.

A warning was issued for 23 VSA 1081 speed greater than reasonable under the

conditions and potential hazards existing.
