SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 10/07/16 at approximately 1744 hours the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Ellen Ware Road in Brookline. It was determined that the vehicle was being operated by Aleksander J Pelton, 16 of Brookline.  Through investigation it was determined that Pelton was traveling East on Ellen Ware Road, when he lost control of the vehicle when attempting to negotiate a curve. The vehicle, a 1994 Chevrolet truck left the roadway and struck a tree, causing major damage to the vehicle. There were no injuries due to the crash. Pelton was issued a VCVC a result of the crash for Title 23 V.S.A. 1081a. The Vehicle was towed away from the roadway.
