SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On October 16, 2016, at approximately 1043  hours, members of the Vermont State Police assigned to the Rutland Barracks, were notified of an assault which took place in the area of Meadow Street in Proctor, Vermont. Troopers arrived and found the victim, who had sustained minor bodily injury to their face. Investigation revealed Daniel M. Rabtoy had caused physical harm to a household member. Rabtoy was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Rutland Town for processing. Rabtoy was lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $25,000.00 cash or surety bond for the aforementioned offenses.
