SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
Keith Baird was charged with 31 counts of Conditions of Release Violations while incarcerated with the VT Dept. of Corrections.  As a result of being charged with offenses related to the homicide of Mary Pat O’Hagan, Baird was issued condition of release by the Caledonia County Court, Criminal Division, which included no contact of multiple people related to that case.  Baird has contacted two persons whom he was forbidden to contact from 1/15/15 to 10/6/15.  Baird did so by using the inmate phones from the jail. 

This investigation continues with the possibility of more charges in the future.
