SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date, the Vermont State Police were notified of a retail theft incident at Price Chopper Supermarket located at 100 Westway Drive in the Town of West Rutland, Vermont.

Investigation found that 41 year old Bruce Post of Rutland, Vermont, had gone into Price Chopper and stole a grand total of $37.29 in beer and produce by concealing the items in a cloth bag, and bypassing the register. Post was identified by security cameras at Price Chopper, and subsequently cited and released later that day.
