SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-26-16, at approximately 1812 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91, in the town of Fairlee, VT. Investigation revealed that the operator, David Stearns, gave false information to Vermont State Police. He was issued a citation to appear at the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division, to answer to the charge of False Report to a Law Enforcement Authorities.
