SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/30/16 Vermont State Police responded to Howard Park located in the Town of Shaftsbury for a report of a vandalism.  It was reported that someone(s) spray painted several signed and other objects within the park.  It is believed that the vandalism occurred during the overnight hours.
