SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/25/16, Troopers from the Middlesex State Police barracks along with the Montpelier Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for a marked lane violation on Interstate 89 in the town of Middlesex. A subsequent search warrant was obtained for the vehicle.  During the search of the vehicle Troopers located approximately 57 grams of crack cocaine and 15 grams of powder cocaine.  Colby was processed and lodged at the Chittenden County Correction Center for lack of $5,000 bail.  Colby is scheduled to appear in Washington County Court on 10/26/16.
