SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 10/28/16, VSP Williston Troopers responded to a one vehicle collision on I89 SB in the town of Bolton, VT.  Upon arriving on scene, it was determined that Poulin was driving SB on I89 near mile marker 72 when a deer entered the roadway from the western side of the road.  Poulin attempted to avoid the animal but struck and killed the deer.
While the vehicle sustained significant front end damage, Poulin was evaluated by member of the Bolton Fire Dept. & Richmond Rescue Squad and released from the scene without injury.

No traffic delays were observed due to this crash.
