SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On October 3, 2016 at approximately 1529 hours, a Trooper from the Vermont State
Police Westminster Barracks was monitoring traffic from the U-turn at mile
marker 56 northbound.  The Trooper observed a blue 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier traveling northbound and measured the vehicle's speed at 107 mph.  The Trooper stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as a juvenile.  The juvenile was subsequently taken into custody for Excessive Speed.  The juvenile was processed at the Westminster State Police Barracks before being released.  The juvenile was cited to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on November 22, 2016 at 0800 hours.
