SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: October 13, 2016, at approximately 1:19 A.M., the Vermont State

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Vermont Route 11 West in the Town of Winhall.  The operator, Chad Lang, had been traveling west on Vermont Route 11 at a speed of 101 mph in a posted 50 mile per hour zone. Lang was arrested for the offense of Excessive Speed, and was ordered to appear in court a later date.
