SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 10/21/2016, at approximately 10:02 am, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle traveling southbound on VT RT 103 in Rockingham for a moving violation.  The operator, Mr. Jacques J Dodier, 53 of Chester, was found to have consumed marijuana and was administered field sobriety exercises.  Mr. Dodier was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence-Drugs (DUI-D) and processed at the Vermont State Police barracks in Westminster.  After being evaluated by a nationally certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE), Mr. Dodier was released on a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division for arraignment on December 6, 2016 at 8:00 am.
