SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 10/07/16 at approximately 0755 hours, Scully was traveling south on Vermont Route 103, in the Town of Wallingford, VT.  Drake was traveling south on Vermont Route 103 just in front of Scully.  Both came to a stop behind a school bus with flashing red lights.  Upon the school bus turning off its flashing red lights Scully proceeded forward running into the rear of Drake's motorcycle.  Drake was knocked off his motorcycle which subsequently rolled onto his foot trapping him for a short period.  Drake's injures were very minor and he was able to drive away.  Scully's vehicle was towed as it was not properly registered.
