SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 10/11/2016 at approximately 0705 hours, Scarlett was traveling northbound on Rockingham Hill Road in Rockingham at approximately 40 miles per hour. While traveling northbound, Scarlett entered a moderate left hand curve. Scarlett failed to navigate the left hand curve, lost control and her vehicle began to fishtail. As a result of this loss of control, Scarlett’s vehicle went off the east side of the roadway, struck a dirt embankment and rolled onto the driver’s side.  The vehicle was towed from the scene. There were no injuries.
