SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 10/22/2016 at approximately 1946 hrs. Vermont State Police, Richmond Police and Huntington Fire and Richmond EMS responded to a single vehicle crash on Sherman Hollow Rd., Huntington.   

 

The vehicle was located overturned on the north edge of the roadway.  The operator was found to have a large laceration to his head.  He was later identified as Ryan Campbell, 35, of Williston.   Campbell was transported to the University of Vermont Medical Center by Richmond EMS.  

 

After treatment he was processed at the State Police barracks in Williston.  He was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court for the offenses of Careless and Negligent Operation and Unlawful Mischief.  Campbell was also ticketed for violations of Operating Under Suspension, Basic Rule and License Plates not assigned to the vehicle.   Additional investigation into causes of the crash is ongoing.
