SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On October 10, 2016 approximately 7:07 am Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on 518 Mason Hill Road in the Town of Starksboro. Investigation revealed that operator #1, Stephany Fraser of Starksboro Vermont, had been travelling south bound around an uphill curve on Mason Hill Road and ended up in the north bound lane of travel. Operator #2, Thomas Leonard, had been travelling north bound down Mason Hill Road and side swiped vehicle #1 in the north bound lane of travel. There were six children on board vehicle #1. There were no injuries to the children or operators as a result of this collision. Both Vehicles were removed from the scene by the operators. The Vermont State Police were assisted on scene by the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles Enforcement Division.
