Information requested - Derby crash, leaving the scene

DATE/TIME: 10/17/16, 2200-2400 hours

LOCATION: Intersection of Rte 111 and Rte 105, Derby, VT

 

INFORMATION REQUESTED -- Vermont State Police-Derby Troopers are investigating a crash involving a parked vehicle at the intersection of Rtes 111 and 105 in Derby, near the Derby Village Store.  It is believed that a sedan parked on the side of Main St Derby, light blue/gray in color, was struck by another vehicle which subsequently left the scene and travelled east on Rte 105 towards Hinman Settler Rd and the Town of Charleston. 

The vehicle is expected to have significant front end or front quarter panel damage, as well as damage to black plastic molding.  The vehicle may have light blue/gray paint transfer.  The crash is believed to have happened between the hours of 2200-2400 on 10/17/16, according to witnesses.
