SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

The identity of the bicyclist in the fatal crash which occurred on 10/14/2016 in Highgate is Christian Regan, age 14, of Swanton.   

Investigation determined Regan was riding a bicycle while northbound on Rte 7.   Vehicle #1 along with an additional vehicle were also northbound.  Vehicle #1 collided with Regan in the northbound lane.  He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
