On Wednesday, October 19th, at approximately 1215 hours, Jane Doe (01-01-1987) contacted the Vermont State Police – Middlesex barracks advising her son had just been abducted when she was assaulted at gun-point and her vehicle stolen while at GoGo Gas in Horace, VT.  Doe advised her son, John Doe Jr. (DOB: 12-12-2012), was positioned in the right rear seat of her vehicle, a 2014 Honda Pilot bearing VT registration “789XYZ”, at the time of the incident.

 

John Doe Jr. is described as a white male, 3’3” tall, 42 lbs, with brown hair, blue eyes wearing a blue and green striped long-sleeve shirt, brown pants and red shoes. A photo of John Doe Jr. is attached to this release.

 

 

The unknown male suspect was described as a white male, approximately 5'10", 175 lbs wearing a dark winter hat, a brown jacket, dark colored pants, black boots and sunglasses.

 

The Honda Pilot was last seen traveling north on Route 112 at approximately 1213 hours. 

 

The suspect in this incident is considered armed and dangerous.  If the vehicle or the suspect is spotted, do not approach and call 911 immediately.
