SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10-04-16 at approximately 11:30 pm, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 in the Town of Marlboro.  The operator John Senechal of Winchester NH exhibited signs of alcohol impairment.  As a result Senechal was asked to perform Field Sobriety Exercises which he failed.  Senechal provided a Preliminary Breathe Sample of .156 % BrAC roadside.  Senechal was arrested and processed for Driving Under Influence of alcohol.  Senechal was given a Citation and released from the Westminster Barracks.
