SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 10/17/16 at approx. 07:59 Vermont State Police were dispatched to a crash that involved a school bus that was rear ended on RT 121 at Westminster St. in Saxtons River. Peter Guenther was operating a school bus for the Grammar School in Putney. He stopped on RT 121 to wait for traffic before making a left turn onto Westminster Street. Christopher Brough, Sr. was traveling behind the bus and failed to stop in time and rear ended the bus.  There were 19 children on the bus but nobody was injured. Brough was issued a ticket for violating Title 23 VSA 1039, Following too close.
