LOCATION: The 99 Restaurant parking lot, in the town of Brattleboro

VIOLATION: Possession of heroin, cocaine and a controlled substance

 

ACCUSED: Mr. Jesse M. Morey                                            

AGE: 24

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Westminster, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 12, 2016, at approximately 10:25 PM, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the parking lot of the 99 restaurant located in Brattleboro. During the investigation, Troopers observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and performed a search. As a result, the passenger of the vehicle, identified as Jesse M. Morey, was found to be in possession of heroin, cocaine, marijuana and a controlled substance. Morey was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks, where he was processed and cited to appear in the Windham County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on November 22, 2016.
