SUMMARY OF CRASH:  Vermont State Police received a report of a single vehicle crash on Interstate 91 northbound near MM 137 in the town of Lyndonville, VT. The operator, James Polakiewicz advised as he was traveling on Interstate 91 a deep jumped in front of his path of travel and he subsequently crashed into the deer. The vehicle sustained moderate damage.
