SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09062016, Vermont State Police were contacted by the victim of an alleged sexual assault. It was reported to State Police that the 16 year old female victim had been forced to have non-consensual sex with an 18 year old male named Jamie Deitz, after school hours at the Bellows Falls Union High School in Westminster, inside the building, on two separate occasions. One occasion being the date of the report and the other approximately a week before. On 09122016 at approximately 1300 hours, members of the Vermont State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Deitz at his residence in the town of Westminster. Deitz was transported to the Westminster Barracks and processed before he was released on conditions and a citation to appear in Windham Superior Criminal Court on October 25th, 2016 at 0800 hours for two counts of Sexual Assault. Sexual Assault is a Felony punishable by not less than three years imprisonment.
