SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 9/29/16 at approximately 0749 hours Charles Pelletier called to report that he was involved in a traffic collision and the other vehicle left the scene. Pelletier stated that the other vehicle had crashed into the rear of his vehicle, while he was waiting for traffic to clear on Route 2. Pelletier stated that he was stopped at the driveway of Marty’s First Stop, when the other vehicle crashed into the rear of his vehicle, then pulled around him and left the scene. Troopers located the other operator a few hours later. The other operator was identified as KC Lee. Lee stated he left the scene because he did not have a driver’s license. Lee was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident and a ticket for operating without a license.
