SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 09/25/16 at approximately 1836 hours the Vermont State Police in Shaftsbury received a call about a vehicle that had traveled off Maple Hill Road in Arlington.  It was determined that Rachel E. Shepard had been driving a 2000 Ford Taurus.  Shepard traveled onto a residential property which caused minor damage to her vehicle.  Shepard provided a preliminary breath test which indicated her BAC to be .174%.  A check of Shepard's license determined her license was criminally suspended.  Shepard was transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
