SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On this date and time VT State Police encountered a possibly disabled vehicle in the break down lane on I-89 Northbound near mile marker 98 in Milton.  The driver was identified as Thomas Shaw.  An investigation revealed that Shaw was under the influence of drugs.  Shaw was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI, and transported to the Williston State Police Barracks.  He was processed and released on citation.
