SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On September 12th 2016 at approximately 1438 hours troopers from the Vermont State Police -Rutland Barracks responded to a two car motor vehicle crash located at the intersection of Grove Street and South Street in the Town of Proctor. Investigation revealed vehicle number two was stationary at a stop sign facing west on Grove Street when vehicle number one struck it while turning east on Grove Street from South Street. The operator of vehicle number one was identified as Tara Lee (35). The operator of vehicle number two was identified as Robert Lang (43). Vehicle #2 was towed by Killington AAA. Vehicle #1 was able to be driven from the scene.
