SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 09-04-16, at approximately 1351 hours, Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 302, in the town of Groton VT. Investigation revealed the operator, John Faucette, to be operating under civil suspension, in violation of conditions of release, and to be in possession of a regulated drug. Faucette was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks in Bradford where he was processed and released on a Citation to appear at the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division , Caledonia County.
