SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 09-12-16, at approximately 1206 hours, Vermont State Police was notified of a single car collision in Wells River on Creamery St., near US Route 5.

 

Upon arrival Vermont State Police spoke with the operator. Investigation revealed Vehicle 1, heading south on Route 5, was making a right turn onto Creamery St., when the operator collided with a stop sign.

 

There were no injuries reported.
