SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On September 20, 2016 at approximately 2148 hours, the Vermont State Police responded to the Lyndonville Redemption Center located at 406 Broad St. in the Town of Lyndonville for a reported theft. Investigation revealed that Abdirahman Adam, 19, of Burlington, VT had stolen two bottles of liquor before leaving the area in a vehicle. Adam was later located at Cumberland Farms in Lyndonville. He was issued a citation for Retail Theft and issued a notice of violation for a Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Adam submitted to a preliminary breath test which revealed a .141% BAC.
