CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Burlington, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On September 24th, 2016 at approximately 1630 hours, Vermont State Police received a report of a theft on Mt. Philo Road, in the town of Charlotte. The complainant provided a description of the suspected vehicle involved in the theft.  Shelburne Police subsequently discovered a vehicle matching the description provided.  Vermont State Police arrived on scene to continue the investigation.  

 

During the course of the investigation the owner of the vehicle, Peggy A. Gordon, was found to be in possession of narcotics. 

Gordon was cited to appear in Chittenden Superior Court to answer to the offense of Possession of Regulated Drugs.

 

Investigation into the theft is still ongoing.
