SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On September 25, 2016 VT State Police received a complaint concerning alleged lewd and lascivious conduct on the Long Trail in Bolton. The complaint was reportedly  grabbed in the chest area by an unknown male.  The complainant reported using pepper spray to  successfully deter further advances.   After using pepper spray the male left the area.  The complainant was able to safely get off the mountain.

 

The male suspect is described as: White Caucasian, approximately 5'10", approximately 185 pounds, brown hair, short beard, and in his 30's. The male was

reportedly wearing a Green Carhartt sweatshirt, blue jeans, and an orange hunting hat. The complainant advised the male was walking south on the Long Trail and had reddish orange residue on his face from the pepper spray.
