SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Vermont State Police were contacted by a concerned motorist who reported that
there was a vehicle being operated south on Interstate 91 in the Town of
Hartford and believed that the operator might be impaired.

Troopers located the vehicle and made contact with the operator who was verbally
identified as Leyder Luque-Romero.  Signs of impairment were detected by
Troopers.  Luque-Romero provided a preliminary breath sample which indicated his
blood alcohol concentration of .236%.

Luque-Romero was arrested without incident and transported to the Hartford Police Department where he was processed for DUI.  Luque-Romero was issued a citation to appear in Windsor District on September 20, 2016 to answer the charge of DUI#2.
