SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

               

                On 09/02/2016, Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks conducted a Sobriety Checkpoint on Route 104 in the town of Fairfax. While working this Checkpoint, Troopers made contact with an operator identified as Kyle Campbell. Subsequent investigation revealed that Campbell was under the influence of intoxicants while operating a motor vehicle. Campbell was processed at the St. Albans Barracks, and released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court to face the charge of Driving Under the Influence.
