SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On September 24, 2016 at approximately 10:45 AM the Vermont State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on Vermont Route 22A in the Town of Addison. Investigation revealed that operator #1, Elizabeth Pettrone of Rochester New York, had been travelling south bound when she passed two vehicles on the left side of the travelled portion of the south bound lane and collided with vehicle #2 which had attempted to make a left hand turn onto Wilmarth Road. Pettrone did not have time to correct the vehicle and ended up off the travelled portion of the south bound lane. Pettrone was transported by Vergennes Rescue to Porter Medical Center. The operator and passenger of vehicle #2 were uninjured.
