VIOLATION: Excessive Speed, Cruelty to a Child

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 10, 2016, at approximately 4:37 P.M., Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 north, near mile marker 26, in Westminster, Vermont.  The operator, Ashley Moctezuma, had been traveling north on Interstate 91 at a speed of 100 mph in a 65 mile per hour zone, and also had an infant and a juvenile in her vehicle. Moctezuma was issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court to answer to the charges of Excessive Speed and Cruelty to a Child.
