SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 1, 2016, at approximately 12:02 A.M., the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 91 south near mile marker 31 in the Town of Westminster for defective equipment. The vehicle was operated by Eric Stockwell of Putney, Vermont.  Stockwell was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended Vermont Driver's License.  He was subsequently arrested and issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Criminal Court.
