Update : David Kissell was located in Westminster on 09/29/2016 at approximately 0800 hours. Kissell was transported to a local hospital to be checked out.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

The Vermont State Police are looking for assistance in locating a Missing Person in the Westminster (Windham County) Vermont area.

 

55 year old David Kissell was reported missing by his family early this morning and he is believed to be operating a maroon in color Ford F-250 with the Kissell Farms logo on the doors.  The family believes that Kissell could possibly be in the Rockingham, Westminster or Putney area.
