*ADDITION*  Telega has Conditions of Release to not abuse or harass the victim.  Through investigation it was revealed Telega contacted the victim by telephone approximately 7 times over a period of time on 9/7/16.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On 9/7/16 at approximately 1704 hours, State Police received a report of a possible Violation of Conditions of Release.   State Police arrived in the town of Derby and met with the victim.  After speaking with the victim, State Police then met with Mitchell Telega.  Telega was subsequently placed under arrest for Violation of Conditions of Release and taken to the State Police Barracks in Derby for processing.
