SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
            On September 3rd 2016 at approximately 1546 hours, Vermont State Police out of the Williston Barracks responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle crash on Interstate 89 Exit 13 in South Burlington.  The investigation showed that Ryan Manzo exited the interstate too fast and collided with the cable guard rail.  Approximately one hundred feet of guard rail was damage before Manzo’s vehicle came to rest tangled in the cables blocking a portion of the exit ramp.  It was suspected that Manzo was intoxicated.  He provided a roadside sample of his breath with a preliminary result of .294%.  The legal limit of operating under the influence of intoxicants is .08%.   Manzo was arrested and processed at the Williston State Police Barracks.  He was released on a citation to appear in court on September 22nd 2016 to answer the charge of driving under the influence.
