SUMMARY OF CRASH:

                On 9/26/2016 at 14:30 hrs, Vermont State Police and Royalton Police

Department responded to a single vehicle crash located at the intersection of

Hillside Lane and Stearns Road in South Royalton, Windsor County. Upon arrival,

officer determined the vehicle had left the scene of the accident and was located

at the operator's residence a short distance away. The operator was identified

as Steven White of South Royalton. Initial investigation showed White was

operating his 2002 Jeep Cherokee and subsequently collided with a railroad

crossing sign at the intersection. White then left the scene and drove the

vehicle to his residence. White was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI

Drugs and Leaving the Scene of an Accident and transported to Gifford Medical

Center for further DUI investigation.
