SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 9/24/16 at approximately 0030 hours, VSP-Derby Troopers on patrol in the town of Charleston effected a motor vehicle stop for a moving violation on Rte 5A.
Subsequent investigation indicated that the operator, George Weber, was operating a motor vehicle on a public highway while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.  A preliminary breath test indicated a BAC of .07.
Weber was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.  He was processed at the VSP-Derby barracks and released with a citation to appear in court.
