VIOLATION: Criminal DLS, a violation of Title 23, V.S.A. Section 674.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Enosburg, Vermont.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 23, 2016 at approximately 1334 hours the
Vermont State Police were conducting motor vehicle patrol on Vermont Route 105
in Enosburg, Vermont. The Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of
a 2003 green Ford Windstar near the intersection of St. Albans Road and Church
Street in Enosburg, Vermont. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Dylan
Gazaille from Enosburg, Vermont. Gazaille's operator's license was under criminal suspension. Gazaille was released on a citation to appear to the Franklin County Superior Court on October 10, 2016 at 1300 hours to answer to the charge of Driving While License Suspended, a violation of Title 23, Vermont Statutes Annotated Section 674.
