SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 9/10/2016, at approximately 1813 hours, Vermont State Police
responded to that area of Vermont Route 103 and Lower Bartonsville Road, in the
Town of Rockingham, for a report of a bicyclist that had been hit by a car.
During the investigation it was determined that the operator of the bicycle,
Thomas Miller, was riding his bike on the double yellow center line. Miller then
then turned into the north bound lane when he crashed into a vehicle being
operated by, Lori Pinsonault. It was determined that the crash occurred because
Miller was riding in the center of the road way and crossed into the north bound
lane without looking for oncoming traffic.

Miller sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Springfield
Hospital by ambulance as a precaution. Pinsonault did not sustain any injuries.
