SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On 9/28/16 at 10:52 Vermont State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on East West Rd. at the junction of RT 5 in Dummerston. Katherine Tarr was stopped in a 2016 Nissan Frontier at the East West Rd. stop sign. Susan Rankin was behind her in a 2013 Volvo sedan. Rankin thought Tarr had pulled onto RT 5 and she began to accelerate and rear ended Tarr's vehicle. Both vehicle's sustained body damage but nobody was injured. Rankin was issued a warning for following too close.
