SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On September 21, 2016, at approximately 2:38 A.M., the Vermont State Police were

dispatched to a single rollover motor vehicle crash on Davis Road in the Town of

Cavendish. The operator, Tracy Johnson, and passenger were transported from the

scene to Springfield Hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

Investigation determined that Johnson was operating the vehicle while under the

influence of alcohol. Johnson consented to providing a sample of her blood as

evidence. Johnson was released from Springfield Hospital pending results of the

blood sample. The passenger was also released from Springfield Hospital with

mild injuries.
